Investors Choice offers two different types of management agreements to meet the needs of our owners and landlords. Our standard Residential
Management Agreement provide several unique and essential services to manage your property efficiently in order to get the best return on your
investment. Our Tenant Placement Agreement provide the basic services necessary to secure a qualified resident before returning the tenant and lease
contract back to the owner for self-management. All owners are required to sign one of these two agreements with us before we can provide our services.


Once your property has been rented, you will begin receiving monthly rent checks. Checks will be mailed by the 15th of the month provided the tenant has
paid rent on time. We offer discounts for multiple rental units and when the unit is vacant, no management fees are charged. Each owner receives a
monthly financial statement giving details on their account as well as a consolidated year-end statement along with a 1099 form for tax purposes.
